Rebuild Chile Expo - Expo Reconstruyendo Chile is a Trade Show Event to Showcase U.S. Technology & Services in Support of Chile’s Recovery and Rebuilding Program.

Chile is embarking on a major national effort to recover and rebuild after the historic earthquake of 27 February 2010.  While the task is enormous, so too is Chile’s determination to get the job done.

Chile has the political will and the financial resources necessary to accomplish its rebuilding program, currently estimated at U.S. $30 billion. Find open jobs

What Chile needs now is a way to find out more about the U.S. products and services available to help the country realize its ambitious rebuilding plan.

The cost to rebuild Chile

Public Works Minister Sergio Bitar said Chile's infrastructure held up fairly well but the cost of repairing damages will likely total $1.2 billion. Chile and Haiti combined will produce construction related employment for tens of thousands of skilled workers for many years to come.
