  1. New Construction Methodology and Standard.

I would like to contribute my 20 years research in concrete thin plate system in housing and building technology which was applied in Patent here in Sydney Australia, June 2009. The concrete thin plate system is designed for disaster prone areas like bush fire, earthquake, cyclone and tsunami prone areas. It was developed recently with a form work that is permanent to make it quick, stronger shelle plate system. It is due to be marketed here in Australia in few months. I believe this make the relief effort faster and quicker to build.

I wish I can present this to the UN too.
