Midsized commercial general contractors with projects ranging from $5M to $30M in size. Typical projects include office, retail, school, medical, apt buildings. Project delivery is design/build, GMP, negotiated bid, CM.
Seeking regional manager to oversee division. Responsibilities include overseeing Profit and Loss for the office, and supervising sales, estimating, project management, finance/accounting for the office.
Candidates should have run a division or company in commercial construction, however a sharp director of operations or project executive will be considered. Must have stable job history.
